EarthKind Stay Away® Rodent - Repellent

We live out in the woods and deal with both mice and rats so we are always trying to find something to help battle with them. When I received these, I decided I would put on in our pantry where we definitely have a problem the most as well as one in my closet as that has also been a problem for us as well. These definitely have a fairly strong scent right out of the box, but I found it to be a good scent and it didn’t both me much. After about a week, the scent isn’t as strong but still noticeable. 

Now as for how effective they are? The first couple of days, I for sure thought they were helping as I didn’t notice any noise or droppings. But eventually I started to hear noise, including the pantry and closet where I placed a pouch. However, I do feel it does help to an extent because normally at this time of year, we have a much bigger issue with rodents. I also think maybe due to our location, maybe we need more pouches and it may even be possible to never fully prevent 100% since we are surrounded by woods.

Overall, I would give this a 3 out of 5 since I feel they probably would be more effective depending on where you live as well as how many pouches you have.
