To claim your reward go HERE and log in to your account. Once logged in, go to where your name is in the upper right, and on the dropdown menu go to "My VIP Rewards" and you should see the option to choose your annual perk. Keep in mind if you choose the $10 off, there are certain brands that it cannot be used towards.
